It convenes annually in the framework of Monaco Ocean Week, which includes debate, analysis, and awareness raising to better understand the challenges facing the Ocean. It is co-organized by the Oceanographic Institute of Monaco, the Prince Albert I of Monaco Foundation, and the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.
The 13th Meeting of the Monaco Blue Initiative will convene on 21 March 2022. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this meeting will be held in a hybrid format, with delegates attending in person in Monaco and online.
